On-site parking at the building, so you are not hunting for a space before an appointment that runs several hours.
The follow-up is the point.
The reason that matters more than the distance: hair restoration is not a single appointment. Grafts shed at two to four weeks, regrowth starts somewhere around months three to six, and the real result lands at twelve to eighteen months. Being 4 miles away means the person who planned your hairline is the person looking at it in month eight, not a clinic in another time zone answering by email.
Istanbul and Mexico City both have genuinely excellent hair surgeons, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. But the variable that predicts your result is not the country on the address — it is whether your care is directed by a licensed physician you can reach afterwards, and whether you can reach that physician afterwards.

Two procedures, for Westchester patients as for everyone else.

FUE hair transplant
Follicular units removed one at a time with a sub-millimetre punch and placed individually. No strip, no linear scar, and nothing about how you wear your hair has to change.

PRP therapy
Platelet-rich plasma concentrated from your own blood, used to support follicles that are thinning but not yet gone. Not a substitute for surgery.
Explore PRPYour donor area is finite.
The number that decides your outcome is not how many grafts someone will sell you. It is how much donor hair you will still have in reserve at fifty. ISHRS guidance describes a typical safe lifetime supply of roughly four to eight thousand follicular units, and warns against over-harvesting a single zone. We plan against that ceiling deliberately.
Sometimes the right answer is to wait, or to stabilise medically first. If your loss is still moving quickly, operating into it is how people end up with an island of transplanted hair and a gap opening behind it. That is a real outcome of a consultation here, and it is not a lost sale.
