Most clinics will not tell you who is accountable.
It is one of the most useful things to establish, and one of the hardest to get a straight answer on. The pattern worth watching for is volume. A clinic running many simultaneous cases, with a brief consultation and a generic plan, is optimising for throughput rather than for your result at eighteen months.
What should be true anywhere: a licensed physician evaluates you, designs your plan and your hairline, and stays accountable for the result. Ask who that physician is, and ask who you will actually see at your follow-ups.
